* Cleaning wipes - Designed to help breakdown earwax and body oils. Avoid soaking in rubbing alcohol as it will break down the silicone over time.
* Cleaning brush/pick - Use the wire end to pick out wax from inside the tip. Use the brush end in a swiping motion to work earwax and debris out of the end tip area of your Earasers. Never poke any device such as a toothpick or wire down into the tip area, as it will pop your filter.

Take a close up picture of your ear with a business card placed against your cheek.

Drag the box to match the business card. Use the ( - and +) to size the box and use the rotation symbols to align. If your business card does not appear to align with the rectangle, you may need to retake the picture and make sure the business card is perpendicular to the lense.
